The Department of Professional Development in Education offers non-credit online professional development courses to students, new and prospective teachers, educators and interested members of the general public.

There are a variety of courses to choose from and these courses are available year round. One of the most advantageous aspects about the online courses is their flexibility. Each course is a self-contained educational unit that is accessible online 24 hours a day to accommodate one's personal schedule.

Certificates of Achievement are issued upon completion, and completed courses will be noted on your Lakehead University non-credit transcript.
